Audrey Pauline Fannin Taylor, 79, of Flemingsburg, widow of Arvel Lloyd Taylor, passed away Thursday, December 12, 2013 at Fleming County Hospital. Born June 6, 1934 in Hillsboro, she was the daughter of the late Annabelle Delores Gray Hatfield and Emerson Ray Fannin.

Audrey was a homemaker and worked many years with her husband on a dairy farm. She had a very green thumb and loved to garden. Audrey always had a lot of energy and was a very tough woman. She was very devoted to her family and especially loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Audrey loved to cook for her family and she loved watching NASCAR.

She is survived by: three children, Ann (Michael) Davis of Morehead, Lloyd Ray (Beverly) Taylor of Flemingsburg, and Judy Bellamy (companion, Mark Kelley) of Flemingsburg; grandchildren, Jana Mattox Clark, Jeffrey (MarKayla) Taylor, Christopher King, Jessica King, Nicholas Taylor, Kyra Taylor, and Scarlet (Ben) Walmsley; great-grandchildren, Seth Clark, Cameron Clark, Braidyn Davis, and Jaxton Walmsley; a brother, Carl Franklin 'Joe' Hatfield; a sister, Kathie Irene (Junior) Swain; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by: a sister, Sereta Mae Issacs; and a brother, John Willis Hatfield.

Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Monday, December 16, 2013 at Denton-Workman Funeral Home officiated by Bro. Herbie Stallard. Visitation will be 11:00 am until the hour of service at the funeral home Monday. Burial will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Condolences may be made at www.dentonworkman.com
