Carol Rolph

Carol Jeanne Roberts Rolph, age 66 of Flemingsburg, widow of Charles Rolph, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Friday, April 17, 2020. She was born in Abbington, Virginia on August 21, 1953, the daughter of the late William Vincent and Zenobia Frances Cumbow Roberts. Carol was a retired surgical nurse assistant with Fleming County Hospital and attended Flemingsburg Christian Church.  She was past Chairperson of the Fleming County Public Library Board for 15 years and enjoyed taking care of her dog and cat. Carol will be dearly missed by her close-knit friends. She is survived by: her brother, Larry Roberts of South Dakota; a step-son, Dr. Charles J. Rolph, Jr. of Lexington; and a host of many close friends.  Services for Carol will be private at Carpenter-Fritz & Vice Funeral Home with private burial to follow in Fleming County Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Fleming County Public Library, Bypass Boulevard, Flemingsburg, KY 41041.
