Eva Saunders

Eva Candice Saunders, age 30 of Foxport, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 27, 2020 at her residence. Eva was born in Maysville on December 23, 1989, a daughter of Ross Saunders of Foxport and the late Cindy Ann Flack Saunders, who passed away in May of 2019. Eva was a call service representative for Maximus Health Insurance in Winchester and also worked at Jackson-Hewitt Tax services in Maysville and Flemingsburg. Eva attended the Pleasant Valley Church of Christ. Besides her father, she is survived by: her sisters, Sherry Jones and Tammy (Clarence) Little; her two nephews that she cherished and loved more than anything, Travis Jones and Peydon Mitchell; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Besides her mother, she was preceded in death by: maternal grandparents, Frank and Eva Flack; paternal grandparents, Paul and Joyce Saunders; an aunt, Theresa Gardner; and an uncle, Billy Saunders. A memorial services will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, January 31, 2020 at Carpenter-Fritz & Vice Funeral Home officiated by Bro. Tom Mitchell and Pastor Mike Vise. Visitation will be 11am-1pm Friday at the funeral. Burial will be private.
