Obituary

Ida Deloris Holts Cutwright of Lexington, Kentucky left to be with her previously departed family members on March 3, 2026, four days shy of her 86th birthday. She leaves her son Kirk Cutwright, ex daughter-in-law Shawsta Cutwright of Lexington, Kentucky. Grandchildren, Christian of Winchester, Kentucky, Princeton of Phoenix, Arizona, Amber, Trenton and Ashton of Lexington, Kentucky, Kalen Williams of Aurora, Illinois. Thirteen Great-Grandchildren. Sisters, Jennie Holts Higgins and Edith Holts of Cincinnati, Ohio, brothers, Oliver Holts of Cincinnati, Ohio and Orville Holts of Houston, Texas. Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Ida was preceded in death by her daughter, Kathy Lynn Williams, parents, Colonel and Ida Holts, brother, Colonel Holts, Jr., sisters, Mary Hendrix, Dorothy Williams and Barbara Montgomery. Nieces, Narketah Montgomery and Marilyn Taylor.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Saturday, March 14, 2026, in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Flemingsburg with Elder Tony Wilson and Elder Wanda Wilson officiating. 

Visitation at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Flemingsburg is after 1:00 P.M. Saturday.

Interment will be in the Fleming County Cemetery.

Pall bearers will be Christian Cutwright, Princeton Cutwright, Trenton Cutwright, Mark Huggins, Alonzo Lindsey and Kwanty Christian. Honorary pall bearers will be, Steve (Scout) Hendrix, Gregory Hendrix, Colonel Higgins and Julius Higgins.
