Jacqueline 'Jackie' McKee, 54, of Lexington, formerly of Flemingsburg, passed away Monday, June 27, 2016 at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington. She was born January 16, 1962 in Fleming County, the daughter of Arthur McKee of Flemingsburg and the late Ella Nora McKee.

Jackie was a graduate of Fleming County High School and Eastern Kentucky University. She worked many years at the Marriott-Griffin Gate, Outback Steakhouse, Applebees, and Lazurus. Jackie was a people person.

Besides her father, Arthur, she leaves to mourn her passing: a sister, Denise (Tyrone) Sturdivant of Lexington; five brothers, Terry (Edna) McKee, Aaron (Patricia) McKee, Tim McKee, Van McKee, and Kirk (Terri Lynn) McKee, all of Flemingsburg; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and special friends.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Friday, July 1, 2016 at the Flemingsburg Baptist Church officiated by the Rev. L. Rodney Bennett. Visitation will be 11am to 2pm Friday at the church. Burial will be in the Fleming County Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Aaron McKee, Jr., Terry McKee, Jr., Bradley McKee, Bryson McKee, Trey Sturdivant, Robert Connors, Jr.,and Anthony Connors. Honorary pallbearers will be LaToshia McKee, Vanielle McKee, Vicky McKee, Lindsey Mckee, and Larkin McKee.
