Jerry Dickson

Jerry Lane Dickson, 51, of Flemingsburg, passed away Friday, May 23, 2014 at the University of Cincinnati Hospital. Born in Maysville on January 10, 1963, he was the son of the late Raymond G. and Evelyn Frances Ishmael Dickson Mineer. A 1981 graduate of Fleming County High School, Jerry was an avid car fan and loved working on them. Jerry was a former employee of Federal Mogul and worked in various automobile parts stores. He is survived by: a sister, Patty (Frank) Cooper of Flemingsburg; his twin brother, Terry Dickson of Flemingsburg; a niece, Jennifer (Josh) Rice of Winchester; a nephew, Patrick (Deana) O'Bannon of Flemingsburg; great nephews, Spencer Rice, and Edward and Paul O'Bannon; step-nephews, Chris (Mandy) Cooper, and Shawn Cooper; and a step-great nephew, Mason Cooper. No visitation is planned. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of Carpenter-Fritz & Vice Funeral Home.
