Joyce Williams Shrout

Joyce Williams Shrout, 67, of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, March 11, 2023 at her residence in Flemingsburg.

She was born August 9, 1955 in Goddard, Kentucky, to the late Wilder and Norma Jean Kirk Williams.

Joyce was a homemaker and she enjoyed going to church and working with flowers.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her dear friend, Scott King, one son, Timmy Allen and one brother, Danny Williams.

Survivors include one son, Scotty Allen (Christina) of Flemingsburg; one brother, Jimmy Williams (Debbie) of Mrytle Beach, South Carolina; her twin sister, Judy Buchanan (Gary) of Hillsboro, Kentucky; and her sister Shirley Hurst (Don) of Flemingsburg; nine grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and other family members. 

Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 15, 2023 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Flemingsburg with Pastor Robbie Shrout officiating. 

Visitation is after 12:00 Noon Wednesday until the hour of service.
