Judy Ann Doyle Corns, 73, of Pleasureville, Kentucky peacefully passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.

She was born September 6, 1949 in Fleming County, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Sanford and Blanche Hester Doyle.

Judy was a Christian and a member of the Pleasant Valley Church of Christ where she supported many church activities and was proud of her role as choir director.  She enjoyed shopping, dining out and spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandboys.  She was employed by the Citizens Deposit Bank for over 20 years, where she was the head teller.

Judy loved to cook and was known for her homemade biscuits and chocolate chip cookies. She loved helping others and would visit those who were sick and would often take food to friends and neighbors.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Wanda Stephens and Betty Masters, her brothers, Timmy Doyle and Wendell Doyle, her sisters-in-law, Tammy Doyle and Ruby Doyle, her brothers-in law, Joe Howell and Bill Stephens along with several in-laws, cousins, aunts and uncles.

Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Bobby Corns, of Pleasureville, Kentucky, her daughter Melissa (Jack, Jr.) Arrasmith of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, her son, Robbie (Amber) Corns, of Maysville, Kentucky, her grandboys, Lucas (Brook) Arrasmith of Flemingsburg, Kentucky and Caleb Corns and Connor Corns of Maysville, Kentucky, her brother, Raymond Doyle of Grayson, Kentucky, her sisters, Beulah Howell of Flemingsburg, Kentucky and Marcella (Mike) Roberts of Foxport, Kentucky, many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

The funeral service will be conducted at the Pleasant Valley Church of Christ, Pleasant Valley Road, Foxport, Kentucky on Monday, August 28 at 11:00 AM with Brothers Tom Mitchell, Arnold Howell, and Phil Cropper officiating.  Visitation will be at the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Flemingsburg, Kentucky on Sunday, August 27 from 6:00-8:00 PM.  Judy will be laid to rest in the Martin Cemetery in Fleming County, Kentucky. 

Pallbearers will be Lucas Arrasmith, Caleb Corns, Connor Corns, Kendall Stephens, Tom Caskey and Travis Roberts.  Honorary pallbearers are Mike Roberts, Charlie Cotton and Markey Dillon.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Pleasant Valley Church of Christ.

The Michael R. Gray Funeral Home, 405 South Main Cross Street, Flemingsburg, Kentucky 41041 will care for the arrangements for Judy.
