Marie Bigelow

Marie Bigelow, age 81 of Paris, formerly of Flemingsburg, widow of Malcom Richard “Buddy” Bigelow, passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 in Paris, KY. Born on September 18, 1938, she was a daughter of the late William and Flora Meddock Conley. Marie was a retired cafeteria cook at Flemingsburg Elementary School, a member of Bluebank Christian Church, and 52 year member of The Order of Eastern Star.  She is survived by: a daughter, Kim (Steve) Mullins of Paris; a son, Tony Bigelow of Georgetown, KY; grandchildren, Christopher DeBord of Paris, Julietta DeBord of Paris, and Elizabeth DeBord of Paris; a great-grandson, Dexter Debord of Paris; two sisters, Sharon (Bob) Johnston of Florida, and Carolyn (Jerry) Moler of Mt. Orab, OH; and a brother, Carl Conley of Ohio. Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by: a son, Malcom Bigelow; and two infant grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Monday, January 27, 2020 at Carpenter-Fritz & Vice Funeral Home officiated by Bro. James Hickerson. Visitation will be 11am-2pm Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
