Maryetta McClanahan, 56 of Flemingsburg, Kentucky passed away Thursday, September 16, 2021 at St. Claire HealthCare in Morehead, Kentucky after a brief illness.

She was born July 29, 1965 in Fleming County, Kentucky to the late Emral and Mina Lewis McClanahan.

She attended the Wallingford United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister June McClanahan, her brother-in-law Steve Kenley.

Surviving are a son James and a daughter Melinda. Two brothers, Bill (Lisa) McClanahan and Booney (Beverly) McClanahan. Sisters, Margaret McClanahan, Abbie (Calvin)  McClanahan, April Kenley.

Also, several other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 pm, Monday, September 20, 2021 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Flemingsburg. with Rev. Randall Hawkins officiating.

Burial will follow in the Wallingford Cemetery.

Visitation at the funeral home is after 12 noon Monday.

Pall bearers will be family and friends.
