Norma Workman

Norma Argo Workman, 90, of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at Baptist Health in Lexington, Kentucky.

She was born April 28, 1932 in Ewing, Kentucky, to the late Ray Lewis Argo and Mary Neal Worthington Argo McLean.

Norma was a 1948 graduate of Fleming County High School and worked at Kens New Market in Flemingsburg as a cashier for many years. She and her husband owned and operated Webco Mobile Homes for many years.

She enjoyed crocheting, playing euchre, watching UK basketball, and spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Norma was a member of the Ewing Baptist Church, and was very active in the church activities.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald "Don" Workman, who passed away August 20, 2011, two brothers, Charles Ray Argo and Calvin Argo and one son-in-law, Jim Ensminger.

Survivors include one son, Gary Workman and his wife, Patti of Spring Hill, Tennessee, three daughters, Donna Ensminger of Lexington, Kentucky, Billye Rollins and her husband, Jerry of Maysville, Kentucky and Jennifer Bussell and her husband, Phillip of Ewing, ten grandchildren, Jamie Ensminger (Heather), Eric Workman (Amy), Drew Workman (Haley), Scott Rollins (Alyssa), Josh Fuller (Racheal), Carrie Delehanty (Dave), Cody Wise (Savannah), Brayden Bussell (Leigh Ann), Shane Ensminger (Varinka) and Jane Ensminger and seventeen great-grandchildren, Caleb Workman, Seth Workman, Mackenzie Ensminger, Easton Ensminger, Eliza Rollins, Lucy Rollins, Hannah Sager, Eli Sager, Nate Delehanty, Kayce Workman, Emma Hale, William Hale, Jonathon Hale, Hunter Wise, Holley Wise, Jace Bussell and Grady Lee Fuller.

Services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at the Ewing Baptist Church, 1676 Ewing Road, Ewing, Kentucky 41039 with Billy G. Cowan officiating.

Burial will follow in the Elizaville Cemetery.

Visitation will be held after 5:00 P.M. Monday at the church.

Casket bearers will be her grandchildren and Eddie Mitchell.

Contributions are suggested to the Ewing Baptist Church, 1676 Ewing Road, Ewing, Kentucky 41039.

All arrangements for Norma Argo Workman and family are under the care and direction of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home, 405 South Main Cross Street, Flemingsburg, Kentucky 41041.
