Pamela Ann Mineer Lowe, 62 of Flemingsburg, Kentucky passed away Sunday, November 22, 2020 at her home. She was born in Maysville, Kentucky on November 22, 1958 to Joyce Dixon Mineer and the late Norman Lee "Mousie' Mineer.
Pam was a member of the Pleasant Valley Church of Christ, Women's Democratic Club, Kentucky Circuit Clerk's Trust for Life, The 76 Girls and enjoyed Facebook, shopping, spending time with her family, especially her grandson Blaine. She was also an animal lover. Pam had served as the Fleming County Circuit Court Clerk for several years and worked at the Flemingsburg Shoe Factory and the Flemingsburg Sundry Store.
Survivors include her husband, Denny Lowe, two daughters; Megan Lowe (Joseph) Schumacher of Mason County, Kentucky and Terri Lowe (Jeff Harmon, Jr.) of Flemingsburg, Kentucky. Her mother, Joyce Dixon Mineer of Foxport, Kentucky. Two sisters; Robin (Johnny) Conn of Foxport, Kentucky and Jill (Mark) Miller of Flemingsburg, Kentucky. One brother, Mark (Angie) Mineer of Foxport, Kentucky. One grandson, Blaine Lowe and several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Private services will be conducted Wednesday, November 25, 2020 in the chapel of the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home in Flemingsburg with Brother Tom Mitchell and Brother Layne Wagoner officiating.
Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery.
The funeral will be livestreamed on the Michael R. Gray Funeral Home Facebook page beginning at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday.
Serving as pall bearers will be Austin Mineer, Jared Miller, Cody Conn, Willie Lowe, Lucas Lowe, Jeff Harmon and Joe Schumacher.
The family wanted to recognize the following individuals by naming them as honorary pall bearers; The 76 girls, Nancy Adamson, Val Holman, Janel Miller and Madison Lowe.
