Raymond Curry

Raymond Thomas Curry, age 77, a longtime resident of Robertson County Health Care Facility in Mt. Olivet, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2020. He was born in Carlisle on April 28, 1943, the son of the late Albert Thomas and Mary Helen Hawkins Curry. Raymond was a member of the Flemingsburg First Church of God. He loved to draw and keep busy doing anything he could work with his hands, including working puzzles. He is survived by: a sister, Sue (Jay) Wiggington of Georgetown, KY; nephews, Barry Shrout, David (Peggy) Shrout, Patrick (Janet) Wiggington; and nieces, Gena Ross and Rebecca (Tait) Johnson; and numerous cousins. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by; a sister, Carolyn Ross; and a nephew, Kendall Shrout. A graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm Monday, June 1, 2020 at Longview Cemetery in Bethel officiated by Bro. Billy Harmon. No visitation is planned. Arrangements are in care of Carpenter-Fritz & Vice Funeral Home.
