Rena Lykins

Rena Florence Marshall Lykins, 89, of James Road, Wallingford, died in her sleep on July 26, 2013. She was married to the late William Franklin Lykins in April, 1950. She is survied by her only child, Charlotte Ellison and her husband, William Franklin Ellison, of Robertson County.

Rena Was born on February 13, 1924 to Lucy Hensley Marshall and Benjamin Marshall of Fleming County. She was preceded in death by two sisters and a brother that died as infants and a sister, Earsel Cox who died in Ohio. She thought so very much of her special friends, Danny Collins, Judy Litzler, and Idas Pendland.

Rena chose cremation, there will be a vistitation and celebration of her life at Denton-Workman Funeral home on Wednesday July 31, 2013 from 5-7 p.m. Instead of flowers, remember a disabled vet or an animal shelter in her name.
