Spencer Stamper

Spencer Warren Stamper, age 5 months, passed away on Friday, August 30, 2019. He was born on March 2, 2019 in Maysville, the son of Lucas and Katelin Yazell Stamper of Flemingsburg. Other survivors include: his sister, Renesmee Stamper; maternal grandfather, James Yazell of Flemingsburg; paternal grandfather, Leon Stamper of Cincinnati; maternal great-grandmother, Rosa Spurlock of Flemingsburg; paternal great-grandmother, Vicki Wheeler of Hillsboro; aunts, Allison Yazell of Flemingsburg, and Leana Stamper of Hillsboro; uncles, Marty Yazell of Flemingsburg, and Logan Stamper of Hillsboro; and great-uncle, Michael Cottey of Maysville. Funeral services for Spencer will be 1:00 pm Friday, September 6, 2019 in the chapel of Carpenter-Fritz & Vice Funeral Home officiated by Bro. James Hickerson. Visitation will be 10am-1pm Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fleming County Cemetery.
