Virginia E. Wagoner, 87, of Milford, OH, formerly of Fleming County, widow of Russell L. Wagoner, passed away on Friday, July 22, 2016 at The Arbors at Milford nursing facility. Born September 4, 1928 in Fleming County, she was the daughter of the late Lee and Josie B. Hunt Vice. She is survived by: a sister, Pauline (Junior) Royce of Marion, IN; daughter, Sharon (Jim) Burson of Amelia, OH; grandchildren, Joshua Burson, Jessica (Shannon) Osborne, and Melissa (Timothy) Gonzalez; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends from The Arbors at Milford. Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at Carpenter-Fritz & Vice Funeral Home officiated by Pastor Cleve King. Visitation will be 11am to 1pm Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Longview Cemetery in Bethel. Pallbearers will be Joshua Burson, Shannon Osborne, Timothy Gonzalez, Jim Burson, and Eddie Vice.
