Wanda Collins Fain, 76, of Flemingsburg, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2016. A graveside committal of ashes will be held 11:00 am Wednesday, January 4, 2016 at Fleming County Cemetery officiated by Rev. Norman Wasson. No visitation is planned. Carpenter-Fritz & Vice Funeral Home is in care of arrangements.
