Billy Ray Jamison, age 64 of Grange City, passed away on Saturday, July 18 2020 at his residence. He was born on October 2, 1955 in Maysville, a son of the late Owen and Mary Margaret Moore Jamison. Billy Ray was a former truck driver and a member of the Grange City Christian Church. He enjoyed the outdoors, riding horses and spending time at the Licking River. Survivors include: three sons, Dwayne (Sierra) Jamison of Clay City, KY, Gary Ray (Janie) Jamison of Flemingsburg, and Ryan Jamison of Mt. Sterling, KY; a step-daughter, Dusti Karm; grandchildren, Hunter, Lily, Eli, Tyler, Emma, Josie and Taylor; and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by: a sister, Diane Zimmerman; and two brothers, Buddy and Harold Jamison. A memorial service will be held 5:00 pm Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at Carpenter-Fritz & Vice Funeral Home officiated by Bro. Richard Engle and Bro. Randy Hawkins. Visitation will be from 3-5pm Tuesday at the funeral home.  In accordance with the health mandate from the State of Kentucky, all visitors will be required to wear face coverings and exhibit proper social distancing practices.
